Food Lion at 104 Thornburg Drive Southeast Unit J, Conover, North Carolina.

I shop this store every week with no issues. Today I called to check on a cake and I told the lady in the bakery it was for an 11 year old boy so she told me to drop by and they would help me. That was a joke...they had 2 birthday cakes to choose from and they were both for a female. I asked if they had any in the cooler that maybe I could purchase and her short answer was no....that's all we have and went on about unpacking her box behind the counter. What happened to customer service??? Very disappointed. Thanks for your help bakery lady. 1/26/17 at 4:15pm.
